The River Residences
A Brand New Luxury Community in the Heart of Chain Bridge Forest, Arlington. The community was designed by the renowned Architect Thomas French and inspired by the American Shingle homes from Boston Massachusetts, with the help of Walter L Phillips, one of the best and oldest civil engineering company of Northern Virginia, experienced local interior designer Maura McCool, and in collaboration with Joseph Richardson Landscape Architecture.
Sherier Residences
Brand new development and subdivision of three new high-end homes in the hearth of Palisades, offering deep back years and large front years with cozy porches. The homes and the yards were designed to fit the neighborhood style and add value to the neighborhood and current owners.
