Our story begins in 2005 with the renovation and rehab of a townhome in Sterling, Virginia, always thinking about the end user and keeping a focus on design and quality first. Over the years Danube Group has successfully competed multiple projects, luxury ground-up new construction projects in Washington DC area, in some of the most sought neighborhoods, with a focus on Arlington, McLean, Bethesda and Northwest DC.
We are a family-owned boutique company that develops high-end luxury residential homes in the DC metropolitan area. For each project, we identify the top experts in the field of civil engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, builders and interior designers and we hire them to create high-end products that fit those real estate markets. Our attention to detail and quality is present at all stages of architecture, design and build.

Emil Simionov has a degree in Finance with a focus Real Estate Development; he has worked over 7 years in the private equity industry, developing and managing complex portfolios of over $2 billion in the energy field. He has also spent several years in the banking industry, and close to 18 years in the real estate industry.
